David Jablow’s Do It Yourself Doodler
David Jablow is working on painstakingly filling in all 38 sheets of a 1960s doodle pad that all have the same image of a woman with bits missing. He is drawing 38 scenarios and posting them all to Flickr, with the intention to ultimately have them published in some form or another when the project is completed soon.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly: RV Graphics

VIIF Poster
I just completed this poster for the Vancouver International Improv Festival. It's my first serious collaboration with another artist and I think it turned out quite well.
The concept was about the death of improv due to TV and video. The monolith from 2001 stuck out in my mind as an oppressive figure. I coupled that with VHS tapes and had the basic concept. I worked with the artist from there and this is the final piece.
What do you think?

Main Street Gourmet Popcorn Logo
Devised this logo for a new popcorn company located in Hayward, WI. Customer wanted a classical look, with ornate effects while displaying their long sentence of a title. With the script initial "M" overlaying the sliced corn cob and the kernel marquee lights, they felt this look would serve them well.
Fonts used in the creation process: Poppl-Residenz and Aviano Serif. App used: Adobe Illustrator.

Uneasy stacks
This illustration commissioned by Hanley Wood, LLC, is a metaphor for the risks of larger developments of residential buildings sapping resources out of a symbiotic community.

I am
I am an artist of various media, painting, drawing, sculpting and woodworking. I have always loved photography, but could never afford the expense of film and developing. With the invention of digital cameras I can click to my heart's content.
