Free Initial Consultation: With Web Packages, you're not just getting a template web site, you're getting a high-quality, professionally customized website, unique for your business. During your free initial consultation we will discuss the needs of your website, then I will choose a template(s) based on those needs, for creating your custom design. (top)

Customized Website Design: I will create a custom design, to integrate with your chosen model, especially for your project that meets your needs. We'll talk, assess your needs, gather materials and create a design mockup(s) that fit those guidelines. You can be sure that each design concept is catered specifically for your project. (top)

Initial Design Mockups: After our initial consultation and needs assessment I will create one or more (depending on your selected Web Package) graphic mockups of my approach to your website. The mockup will look nearly identical to the completed web site and will give you a good representation of the final look-and-feel your site will have. This way I can quickly determine the design intent for your project and then, once finalized, convert that mockup into a functional website. Once I have delivered the design mockups, you will then have the opportunity to offer any refinements to the proposed design(s). Each batch of refinements is called a Refinement Cycle. Mockups include:

• Colors
• Layout
• Fonts
• Images / Logos

Design Refinement Cycles: This, the most important part of the development process, is when I deliver a design mockup to you and you provide much-needed feedback. Based on your feedback, I then go back and make the necessary changes to the original mockups. Depending on which Web Package you choose, your project will include 1 to 3 design refinement cycles. Content Refinement Cycles: In order for me to keep the price of Web Packages low, your content must be provided in a complete, ready-to-go-live state. Each Web Package includes one (1) content refinement cycle, where minor edits to copy can be made prior to your website going live.

Guidlines on Providing Conent: The content for insertion should be provided in separate word documents (URL of pages can be specified for existing web sites). Pages exceeding the number of pages included with the package deal will cost $25 per extra page. (top)

Max. Number of Pages: Each Web Package allows for a certain number of content pages – that you provide – on your web site. These pages can be setup per your choice, such as navigation: About Us, Projects, Services, Contact Us, etc.; or sub-page articles. You may organize your content in any way.

Web Contact Form: An email contact form adds an extra bit of professionalism to your website. Your web site will include a simple form that your visitors can fill out and submit to you. The form submission will generate an email message that will be sent to the email address of your choice. Built-in e-mail cloaking protects email addresses from spambots. (top)

Customer Registration: In order to keep track of your clients, site registration allows your customers to sign up for an account on your web site. You may provide certain content that is available for registered-only users to see. This also collects information for your mailing list. (top)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: In order to make sure that your web site is found by your potential customers you need to make sure that your website is search-engine friendly. Your website will include methods and tools used to create a website that's ready for Google, Yahoo and other major search engines to pick up. While I cannot guarantee an increase in your search engine ranking, I can make sure your website is well constructed and ready for the major search engines to notice you. This includes Search Engine Friendly URLs, adding page titles and article links within the footer of your site.

**Note: I cannot guarantee an increase in your search engine rating. I can only make use of time-proven techniques for increasing your ranking. In the end the search engines have their own methods for determining a site's ranking within their system. (top)

Metadata Information: This allows you to supply Metadata Information (key words and phrases) for the site and individual articles. Metadata is information about the site/article that is not displayed but is available to Search Engines and other systems to classify the site/article. This gives you more control over how the content will be analyzed by these programs. This is optional. (top)

Statistics: The Statistics Module shows information about your server installation together with statistics on the web site users, number of articles in your database and the number of web links you provide. This is customizable and optional based on your preference. (top)

On-Budget Promise*: My on-budget promise is simple. You pay the price of the Web Package and regardless of what it takes to finish your project, your investment never changes.

Image Submission: You may submit images of your choice to be integrated into your web site. Images may be emailed or sent hard-copy for scanning. For an additional fee, I can provide photography service. Note: Submitted images must meet certain quality guidelines. (top)

Photo Scanning and Touch-Up: If you have hard-copy photographs that you would like to include on your website, I provide scanning and touch-up services for digitalization. Each Web Package comes with a set number of photos available for this option. For an additional fee, you may add more photos to be scanned and/or touched-up. Note: Submitted images must meet certain quality guidelines. (top)

Free Stock Photos: If needed, the Web Package price includes free stock photography, to be approved. The mockup/design will include recommended options for stock photography for your approval. Stock Photography search refinement will be limited to two rounds. (top)

Downloadable Files: Add downloadable documents to your website for customers to access easily. (top)

Photo Gallery: Add a gallery to display multiple images to your website. (top)

Edit Yourself Capability: Your web site will be setup with a powerful content management system (CMS), enabling you to administer your web site freely. Once your site is live, you may add, edit, archive or delete content yourself as you see fit. Content can be simple text, photos, music, video, documents, or just about anything you can think of. Once set up, a major advantage of using a CMS is that it requires almost no technical skill or knowledge to manage your content. Since the CMS manages all your content, you don't have to.

If you don't have time to update your site regularly, I can provide maintenance for you at an additional fee. (top)

Multiple User Capability: Your website system allows you to configure new users with personal options. There are nine user groups with various types of permissions on what users are allowed to access, edit, publish and administrate. (top)

Polls: If you want to find out more about your users, it's easy to create polls with multiple options. (top)

Internal Search Engine: Help navigate users to most popular search items. (top)

Online Advertisers: The Premium Business Web Package includes integrating advertising functionality into your web site by setting up banners on specific pages to generate more income. This feature includes initial training on how to run your advertising system. Once you add campaigns and banners, you can set impression numbers, special URLs, and more. There will be additional fees if you require advertising maintenance. (top)

Syndication and Newsfeed: It's easy to syndicate your site content, allowing your users to subscribe to new content in their favorite RSS reader. It's equally easy to integrate RSS feeds from other sources and aggregate them all on your site. (top)

Blog Installation (optional): The word blog is short for Weblog. Blogs are normally small, personal sites where one writes down his/her thoughts on a certain subject. It can be thought of as a not-so-personal online diary. Your blog can be about anything you want. Many companies use blogs to spread information on a product or service. Maybe you have a certain hobby you love, you can start up a blog about and who knows, perhaps other hobbyists will find your site and share your passion. By integrating a Blog into your existing web site, it shares your own domain, rather than sending your customers to a new website. (top)

Site Branding Agreement: To receive these low package prices, I require all web sites designed by me to carry the Designed by Brandee Borror phrase with link on all your web pages. There is an additional cost of 25% on the total cost of the project for not displaying this. Even after the project is completed and delivered, purchaser is bound by this agreement to display my branding notice, as long as the design (modified or unmodified) is in use.

One half of the fee is due upon acceptance of a package, and the balance is due upon acceptance of project. If these terms are not met, you will be assessed finance charges and the collections process will begin.
